This weekend is not a Work Weekend

Last weekend was a Work Weekend, the Locomotive Engineering department have been working on Premier and Carriage & Wagon have been working on Coach 204’s rebuild.

Saturday 15th January: Coach 204, a Chattenden & Upnor Railway coach, is being rebuilt, the floor and roof have been replaced and the ends are being completed.

Work Weekends

The next Work Weekend is Saturday/Sunday 29/30th January. 

There’s a lot of work to be carried out at the Railway before we reopen in April.

We work from 10am until 4pm and will be working on several projects from a coach rebuild and building repairs to getting our oldest narrow gauge steam locomotive, Premier, back in service.
