School Holiday Wednesdays
Looking for something to do on a Wednesday afternoon in the School Holidays?
This year, we are opening on Wednesdays in the School Summer Holidays. We will not be open on Wednesdays in the Easter Holidays or May half-term.
From Wednesday 29th July and throughout August, we will be operating the Yellow timetable (12-4pm) on the Wednesdays and Sundays (and Bank Holiday Monday come to that!).
A quick return trip takes as little as an hour but it is suggested that you return on the following train, giving you a two-hour round trip (obviously this doesn’t include passengers arriving on the last train). This will give you plenty of time to explore Kemsley Down and still enjoy a drink and a sausage roll!
If you are visiting with children aged 5-11, they may want to take part in the Roamin’ Rex Wheels of Time activity. This is an exciting way to discover not only our Railway but over 50 museums and heritage venues across Kent and Medway. You will receive a unique badge at each venue.
Rail Riders Club members are welcome to visit today.
