This week (23rd-29th March)
28th – Work Weekend – based at Sittingbourne Viaduct station, we will be making final preparations for the reopening of the Railway on 3rd April, everything from litter picking to painting will be carried out. This is a good opportunity to meet some of the members and get a feel for working on the Railway. Work starts at 10am and finishes at 4pm, feel free to come along for as long as you can manage, at a time that is suitable for you. Hot and cold drinks and lunch will be provided for those working.
28th – South East Bus Festival – the Away Sales Team will be promoting the Railway at this event at Kent Showground, Detling
29th – Work Weekend – based at Kemsley Down, there will be a Works Train from Sittingbourne Viaduct station at 10am prompt, it will not return until 4pm from Kemsley Down (4.15pm back at Sittingbourne Viaduct). On arrival at Kemsley Down, you will given a task or team to join, tools and training provided, and could be working on anything from the track to the gardens, painting or even working on the new miniature railway.

3rd-6th April – trains depart Sittingbourne Viaduct station hourly from 11am until 4pm – there will be an Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday – 2015 – Poster – Easter lores
12th – trains depart Sittingbourne Viaduct station hourly 1-4pm
18th – SOS Film Night ‘Oh Mr Porter!’ – Doors open at 6.30pm for the film at 7pm, the bar will be open throughout. Tickets cost £5 each and will be available from the box office on 01795 471140 or on the door at The Avenue Theatre, Central Avenue, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 4DN
19th – trains depart Sittingbourne Viaduct station hourly 1-4pm
26th – trains depart Sittingbourne Viaduct station hourly 1-4pm
