This week (20-26th June) – Steam & Beer Weekend

It’s Steam & Beer!

This weekend is our annual Steam & Beer festival. We have a selection of interestingly named real ales from across Kent and ciders (chilled using professional coolers). Trains will be running from 11am both days and there will be a barbecue.

Saturday

There will be live music from midday:

  • 12-2pm – Maisy Beth
  • 2-4pm – Rock of Aged – it’s their first gig!
  • 4-6pm – Al Cork
  • 6-8pm – to be confirmed
  • 8-10pm – The Band from the Shed.

Saturday departures from Sittingbourne Viaduct: 11.00am, 11.45am, 12.30pm, 1.15pm, 2.00pm, 2.45pm, 3.30pm, 4.15pm, 5.00pm, 5.50pm, 6.40pm, 7.30pm & 8.25pm

Saturday departures from Kemsley Down: 12.05pm, 12.50pm, 1.35pm, 2.20pm, 3.05pm, 3.50pm, 4.35pm, 5.25pm, 6.15pm, 7.05pm, 8.00pm, 9.00pm, 10.00pm & 22.50pm.

Feel free to bring your own folding chairs. Don’t forget to bring a few extra layers in case it gets cooler in the evening. 

Sunday

Captain Jack Sparrow will be entertaining everyone plus there will be a treasure hunt, colouring and mask making for children. There will be a happy hour 5-6pm before the end of the event.

Ales: £3.50 per pint, £1.75 half-pint
