This week (6-12th September) – please note we can’t take card payments at Sittingbourne Viaduct ticket office this weekend

Due to a fault with the card machine, we are unable to take card payments at Sittingbourne Viaduct station’s ticket office this weekend. We are awaiting the replacement part. There are cashpoints nearby at Morrisons or Sittingbourne National Rail station. There is a working card machine at Kemsley Down.

We have returned to the normal timetable, trains will run hourly 1-4pm every Sunday in September until 19th. Our End of Season Gala Weekend will be held on Saturday/Sunday 25/26th. #LoveYourRailway

We are reducing the number of compartments available for pre-booking to just Coach B (five compartments) because the number of people paying on the day has increased significantly. The £20 per compartment (for up to 4 adults and 2 children) tickets will still be available from TicketSource until 5pm on Saturday 18th September. Pre-booked compartments will NOT be available on Gala Weekend.
