It’s a Work Weekend!

The first of the Winter Work Weekends is this weekend – meet at Sittingbourne Viaduct Station at 09:55. Either a Works Train or car will take you Kemsley Down, where the work is taking place. Everyone’s welcome – lunch will be provided.

We have lots to do ahead of reopening for the Season – there’s locos & coaches to maintain and, in some cases, rebuild, maintenance across the site, track work and overgrowth clearance.

This month (January):

• Saturday 11th – Work Weekend – Works Train departs Sittingbourne Viaduct station at 10am, returning at about 4pm
• Sunday 12th – Work Weekend – Works Train departs Sittingbourne Viaduct station at 10am, returning at about 4pm
• Saturday 25th – Work Weekend – Works Train departs Sittingbourne Viaduct station at 10am, returning at about 4pm
• Sunday 26th – Work Weekend – Works Train departs Sittingbourne Viaduct station at 10am, returning at about 4pm

Next month (February):

• Saturday 8th – Work Weekend – Works Train departs Sittingbourne Viaduct station at 10am, returning at about 4pm
• Sunday 9th – Work Weekend – Works Train departs Sittingbourne Viaduct station at 10am, returning at about 4pm
